ALT-DK900  is a unit of fully automatic ear-loop mask making machine. This machine unify 1 unitALT-DK  and 1 units  ALT-900 by a unit of automated dispenser.
   Mask bodies produced on mother machine can be allocated onto 1 units child machine averagely by PLC at the  speed of 30-60 pieces per minute. All of operation of the machine 
is controlled through touch screen, the interface of man and machine.

 

 FEATURES: 
The machine is made of aluminum alloy which makes it beautiful,prevented from rust and has a small size. 
The machine can make the 1--3 levels mask blank according for the customer's require with a high output; 
You can adjust the size of the mask blank and the folding location; 
The direction of the ear loop is inside; 
Compared with sub-mask production equipment, this set of equipment 
more efficient, more economical artificial; 
The computer program control and photoelectric detection make it have a high reliability and low failure rate;
